"First let me say on my first interaction with them it was great. They did a great job on my carpet machine. Fast forward today I feel I was mislead. I brought my carpet machine in and was told that that it would cost 300 plus tax. No problem. I put a 50 deposit for them to order the part that was needed. It was never told or put in writing that the deposit would go towards the labor. After a few days later of dropping off the machine, I was called and told that it would be 400 plus tax. I told them I could buy a new one for that amount. Long store short they didn't order the part and told me I will not be refunded the 50.00. I will not do any more business with them in the future. Make sure you get everything in writing."

"Our 20+ year old Miele recently died and we went to Vacuums & More for a replacement. While we went in with a plan to get a new Miele, we ended up getting a Sebo after the sales person thoroughly explained the features of each. We weren't previously familiar with the Sebo brand but, as pet owners, we were impressed by how easy it is to clean. While we were there, we also asked about the Hizero mop and they took the time to show us a demo and explain its features. We went back to buy it a couple of weeks later. We found the product selection to be excellent and the staff was extremely helpful. We are very happy with both purchases and highly recommend this shop."
