"I have no issue with marijuana smokers and have enjoyed my fair share in life but this is ran by teenagers who are too high to function. Don’t smoke at work if you can’t handle it, let alone make a sandwich. You will stand here forever on nights shift repeating your sandwich ingredients 10 times then you’ll leave with a pathetic looking sandwhich for an expensive price. I live around the corner and it’s been the case at least 5 different occasions now. They also shut down early to sit around and smoke and tell people they are “ out of food “ It’s really giving ghetto vibes. The subway down 41 by Morgan it’s Well put together I can’t keep giving covert my business"

"I placed an online order on the app and the app stated to pick the order up at 5pm. I walked in the store at 4:57pm and was told that it wasn’t ready. I asked why and he stated that they were busy, yet this same guy was sitting in a chair in the dining room playing on his phone. It seems he was too busy playing on his phone that he didn’t know the order was needing to be taken care of. So you lie to my face and act like it’s ok? After I received my order 10 minutes late, the guy told me he was sorry and I said well instead of sitting in the chair and playing on your phone, you should be taking care of orders and then he flipped me off. Yeah, I won’t be back."

"Yep, never again.... working in the area, $20 for a wrap and a drink. Wrap was about half the size as from other subways, lady behind d the counter said prices just went up. Ordered from the one in Mt. Vernon last week, wrap, drink, chips and broccoli soup for $16 with Tax and tip... sad to see a company who proudly advertises "locally owned and operated" on the front door, take advantage of the residences in a lower income neighborhood.. once again ($20) for a wrap and a tea..."
