"We were acknowledged pretty quickly, but then had to wait to place our order. Seemed one guy was working both counter and drive thru. Food was good. Didn't care for music selection. Floors and tables were clean in Dining Room and napkins, and utensils condiments were stocked."

"The one in Newburgh, Indiana has the worst staff ever. Many complainst, they are not profesional and besides that they are rudeza. Show disrispect and the restaurant is very dirty. I will call corporate because I was treated in a wrong way."

"The food isn't great but it's nearby and It isn't too outrageous so I order occasionally, the people seem nice but never once has my order been right or have everything I ordered (3 items max) despite instructions all the way thru and making sure they understood it, it isn't even hard I just want nothing but the meat and the sauce they put in, it isn't ever that as they don't pay enough attention to remember what they just put thru the system and rush it out regardless of number of employees or lack of line, refuse to eat there due to the hassle when there surrounded by better options, work environment must be terrible there too as they drop employees or don't make enough money and fire everyone cause there understaffed half the time"

"Multiple times my order has been wrong and my most recent order was wrong with 3 of my tacos not in the bag and my drinks were not the correct drinks. The driver was not allowed to check to see what drinks I wanted instead of Baja Blast since they were out and just poured Mt. Dew and didn't even get that correctly."

"They no longer run a register and there are only 2 people working. One for drive-through and the other for making the food. You have to put in your own order on a mobile device upon entering the store. I had an employee the other day get rude to another customer because he did not want to use the device and wanted her to take his order. This is ridiculous. The tables were dirty. The bathroom was actually clean, which I was surprised. They lost several potential customers while I was there because they wouldn't physically take their orders. My order appeared greasy and was soaked. My burrito supreme was not wrapped appropriately nor was there half of the ingredients I normally get in it. I went up to the counter to talk with someone and no one ever came up to the front despite me, not yelling though, that I needed assistance. The fountain was dirty and grimy. The counter was messy. The table I went to sit at with my company was covered in a mess. I had to get napkins and wipe off the table in order to sit down and eat. There was hardly anyone in there at all. The employee said there were only two people working. I don't know if someone called in or what. I've noticed a big reduction in employees over the last month. I've never had much luck with this specific place. They are always slow and the customer service isn't that great. But, I really wanted Taco Bell."
