"Bartender named Carrie was awful. Refused to serve my table of 5. She made us write down our orders and deliver them to the bar. Then she had an attitude about taking our orders! I've been coming here for 10 years and this was the only time I've ever been treated like this. I always recommend this place despite the bad stigma. That will probably change after this visit. It's a shame KC has let this place go downhill."
