"Got a plain cheese burger. It was so tough could hardly bite into it. Tasted like someone microwaved a day old burger. Dog did not even want it."
"Got a banana split the banana was starting to rot. Very dark center. No hair nets. I volunteer at Evansville Rescue Mission serving lunch, they require hair and beard nets. One girl making drinks cones pushed her hair back with her hand also touching her face. She proceeded to prepare items without washing her hands. Think the health department should visit. "Ordered a 1/3 pound bacon ranch burger combo meal and 2 6-piece chicken strip baskets. $29.00 and when I gave the girl a $100, was not counted my change back to me. Just shoved it in my hand. I open my bag, ZERO napkins. I open my burger and know immediately it's the wrong burger. It's a double with 2 onion rings and a ton of BBQ sauce smeared everywhere. I was hungry so gave it a try. Yuck. The bbq sauce was really gross. I couldn't even eat it. But the fries were the worse part. Completely undercooked. Fries not only not crispy, but still soft and pale and flavorless. Clearly barely put in the fryer if at all. I'm just scratching my head wondering why I parted with nearly $30 for a root beer."
"The service was fine and the workers were fine. The sign they have posted saying they are under staffed because "no one wants to work" was not fine. If this is what corporate Dairy Queen supports I'll be finding a different location for my ice creams and chicken strips."
