"Great smaller place to go with friends or solo. Food was good, hot, fairly priced. Drinks were to order and staff is friendly and attentive. Live music was also a nice touch. (Nick put on a good show at a reasonable volume for the size of the venue). Will be back."

"New review - Under new ownership - early 2019 Upgraded one star just because they went NON-SMOKING!!! Leader of the pack in non-smoking for Connersville, some places like the Amvets, went backwards on this. More to come... Old Review Neighborhood bar. It is more bar than restaurant. Cheap drinks. They have karaoke on Friday nights and draw a crowd. Had a Spartan Burger, others had the Wood Burger....was a very good burger. Topped with bacon and onion rings. The service was quick and friendly. I think the server also cooked the food. We were the only party eating at the time so not sure what happens when they get busy. Restrooms smelled clean, were freshly painted although not private and kind of cramped feeling. They have a juke box right next to our table....3 guys crowded in to make their selections...one of our party moved because they were touching their back to her...annoying especially since all 3 had cigarettes. Dropping a whole point just because of the smoke. Have to take a shower after being in this place to get the smoke out of your hair. Had to leave coats in the garage."
