"Normally I get great service and today was treated very rude and extremely unprofessional. I'm a loyal customer there's at least 3 workers that know what I want when I pick up my sandwich. And never had any delivery problems in the past but today I waited 1 and 1/2 hrs never got my food, kept calling trying to find out where my food was asked for a manager/supervisor numerous times they would tell me to hold on and then kept hanging up on. Had to go back to work and then they finally refunded my money thankfully because I didn't even know if I was going to get my money back or not and I was going to make a police report because that is THEFT. So needless to say I'm now boycotting this store for a long while."

"The worst Jimmy John's location. Takes 20+ min to get through the drive thru. Orders are rarely correct. Waste of time going here."

"Went through drive-thru just now. I was the only car in line. Ordered one sandwich, chips, and a drink, and it literally took 12 minutes to get everything. There was also no customers inside. Lastly, the lady who was working the drive had the bottom of her stomach exposed falling out of her shirt. Will likely never come here again. Really only making this review so that maybe some changes could be made."

"We walked to Jimmy John from the customer office each day we were in town to grab a quick lunch. The guys behind the counter were awesome - quick and consistently made our sandwiches. I enjoyed Thai Chicken wrap which was a summer special. It was fantastic - loved how the wrap was consistently made each day. Since it was smoking hot outside we had a pickle -quartered to be share amongst the team. A big thank YOU to the working guys at the restaurant! First time eating Jimmy John’s and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a quick and healthy meal."

"Real sub par experience, not likely to return. You can tell know one really likes working there. Company must not offer much training or incentives to excel."
