"I was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. When I made it to the window I knew why. The cashier was incompetent. Should could not scan gift cards and would not ask for help. She finally did ask for help and still could not scan the second gift card after being shown how it was done. She had to get help again. I was 5 minutes paying for the order. I am sure the 5 cars behind me were not happy."

"Every time I come back it gets worse, it has been several months since I ordered from here, got a big dinner box and a extra order of bread sticks and a 2 liter since I had a coupon for it, went to pick it up and said she couldn't use the coupon I had, I said ok not a big deal, went to pay with cash and she didn't have any change to give me( I went during lunch at work), so I ended up using my card, didn't get my 2 liter, and the front staff is not very nice and acts like they don't really know what there doing"
