"0n 02/14/2024, i came in drive thru and paid for grilled chicken burrito and spicy potato soft taco. They handed me beef burrito . I tried calling em back asking to return it for an exchange. Dude was in phone very rude and agressive and trying to refuse to exchange. He was accusing me of scamming when i ve full on burrito they handed me. Poor customer service poor management."

"I really have had terrible food at the Covert and Green River Road locations. I drive across town to St.Joe and my food is always right.I had to throw away my 10$box at the Covert location. Food was burnt and you could taste that the deep fryer needed grease needled changing.I have worked in food service as a chef.I know horrible food when I taste it."

"I have been disappointed many times by this location's subpar drive-thru service, but recently, the service seems to be getting better. For the past 3 consecutive visits, my orders have been quickly and correctly made exactly as they were ordered, and as an added bonus, they have come complete with plenty of sauces and napkins. Kudos to the manager for finally hiring some employees who are capable of doing their job well, and thank you, night shift, for actually doing your job like you give a damn about providing quality service to your neighbors.
