Goodyear Auto Service – Raben Tire

"They refused to rotate my tires that I bought from them. They said the tread was to worn, however they didn't appear that worn. Tried to sell me tires and brake light bulbs and wanted to flush something. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me"

"I had my oil changed and tires rotated on a Saturday. I was told then that two tires needed replaced. I ordered the tires and made an installation appointment for the next Thursday. During the installation on Thursday, I was told that one lug nut was stuck and it woould break the stud when removed. They charged 87 dollars to change it. The guy behind the counter says 'yeah, sometimes those things go bad' I said 'since Saturday?' He said he was going to check on Saturday's rotation etc. After that it was NEVER followed up on and they charged me anyway for it. So in other words, the lug and stud were fine enough to rotate the tires on Saturday but 5 days later the lug is stuck and spposedly gone bad? I don't think so. I have been a great customer of theirs for years but I will NEVER go back and for less than 90 bucks they made the decision to lose a good customer."

"Our Family has been going to Raben Tire for 30 plus years I don’t know what has happened to this establishment but they will never service my family or friends vehicles in the future ! The vehicle that you take in will be far worse when you take home we out out over $1,300 that raben tire charged to fix out more money for another mechanic to fix it properly"

"11/27/2023: Made appointment for front end alignment after I completely rebuilt my suspension. Dropped it off. Waited for several hours but no phone call. I finally called them and (Scott?) said they had been trying to call me all morning and that my voicemail was full (no it wasn't). He said they did what they could but couldn't adjust the camber because it didn't have camber adjustment bolts. He said it would be another $275.00 to install the camber kit. They should have stopped right there and called me. Scott started talking about the adjustments they did on the the rear end (my truck is a 2003 Ranger, so no 4-wheel alignment on it). When he found out I used to be a mechanic, he backed up and stuttered something about getting confused on which vehicle I had. Of course, they still charged me full price for a half-a$$ alignment. Now my steering wheel is off center and looks like I am making a right turn while going straight. I'm installing a camber adjustment kit ($30.00) this weekend and getting it re-aligned, but NOT at Raben Tire. Never again!"

"Service was friendly however it took over and hour and a half for a basic oil change and being almost $100 which is very high. Came back after scheduling online. How have to call and confirm they even got your appointment which defeats the point of having an online booking system to begin with in my opinion. If you're gonna charge so much everything else should work perfectly."
