"I am rewriting this review. Only part of it posted for some reason. Back in early May I stopped in for a simple battery change. The gentleman in charge of Jewelry was not there. A nice lady who makes jewelry gave it a shot and got it done in just a few minutes. However, I waited 30 minutes simply to check out. The lady at the register complained that she was supposed to be off work 20 min ago and made it clear she wasn't staying longer. Another lady took over, but spent 20 odd minutes working with an individual selling clothes on consignment (I guess). All I wanted to do was pay for my watch battery and leave. Great customer service at jewelry, not so much at the register."
