"Food quality has gone down over the past few months. Last week, I got bacon egg and cheese biscuits, and the biscuits were barely larger than a silver dollar! Barely any bacon on it and not sure what the egg part really was. Bad thing is prices went up and quality/size went down. I hope things change soon..."

"This Wendy's is most consistent at providing very cold fries and cold food as well. Also, they will fill your cup to the very top with ice which is ridiculous. I think they are understaffed and that likely contributes to the consistent food quality issues I've experienced here."

"The lady on the speaker said that they were "extremely short handed" and they "would get to me when they could". I don't mind waiting. This was at 1130 on a Thursday. Then they shorted me some chicken nuggets. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I already got back to work. I ordered through the app and tried to do chat to let them know I didn't receive everything I ordered but nobody ever picked up the chat. Oh well. Luckily the food was good."

"Horrible the lady at the counter seems to be on drugs and being loud and we was missing chicken nuggets an they gave us half thing of fries and they gave us the wrong sandwiches and they put our change on the top of my drink and didn’t give me my receipt then they couldn’t find my receipt!! Then when my husband went in to get our sandwiches the manager was rude I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone bad experience here won’t be coming back to this one again!!!"

"I went at 8:30 in the morning for breakfast. The food was very good. I was the only one in the dining room. No one was in the drive thru. There were at least 3 employees that I could see. Half of the tables in the dining room were dirty."
