The employee has no business working in customer service. I’m assuming he must be close friends or related with the manager to still have a job there. One star is pushing it!"

"Went to make one return on 6/3/18 after spending a good amount of money there. The first time I went in I couldn't because the manager was on break. The employee told me to come back in 5 minutes so I did I wasn't to mad as I had other things to return. I came back and the manager, although eating on one of the benches, still couldn't make my return because she wasn't back on the clock and I was done at the mall and couldn' wait any longer. There should be some sort of protocol in place for situation such as that. Probably won't be getting my business any longer. That's terrible customer service!"
