"Corporate needs to do something about this store and their employees. Rude, Disrespectful, and absolutely no work ethic. Walked in with a few friends after midnight and all the employees ganged up on us. Telling us they won't serve us and that the lobby isn't going to get filled with 5 people. Then was going to refuse service. 100% unhappy with the store. Not the first or last time they have treated their customers like they're trash. Didn't even take our order. We ended up just walked out while they were talking nonsense about us."

"Sitting in line this morning. Employees inside but will not take orders. I drove around, saw them inside and then attempted to order again after someone else drove up but they didn’t get to order either. It must be nice to sit inside your work place and get paid for doing nothing. The we’re hiring advertising is funny because hopefully they find people who want to work."

"It was pretty obvious that the burrito and Cinnabon had been made a while ago and were not being kept warm. Burrito was cold and the Cinnabons hardened. Drive thru went quickly."

"There was a very rude woman who took my order and my money at the window. She had a lot of attitude and I did not appreciate the way she acted towards me. I NEVER leave reviews on anything but she needs to have more respect. I ordered just how I would any time and did not give any problems. I’m not sure why she acted that way towards me but it was very rude! When I was rolling my window up to leave, she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. That is very unnecessary and uncalled for."

"I’m really sad to leave a negative review because this places used to be my holy grail. At one point in time, I was coming here almost every day. The staff used to be so friendly, orders were always right, and service was quick. The past couple times I have been here we’re not so great. For one, PLEASE, bring back the grilled option for burritos on the app!! I don’t know why this feature disappeared, but I personally do not like a soft burrito. Last time I ordered through the app, I had to ask the lady over the speaker to please grill my burrito that I placed on the app. I’m not sure why it didn’t come out grilled considering I was the only person in the drive thru so it would be hard to forget that I mentioned that, but nonetheless, it did not come grilled. I blame the app more than the drive thru lady. Today, I went through the drive thru for one breakfast burrito. It was a little busy, but I had one burrito. I got up to the window and my order took a solid 5 minutes to receive. I wasn’t upset about it, but I was a little confused why one little breakfast burrito took that long. As soon as I got my bag, I drove off, and my burrito was burnt to a crisp (picture inserted). I still ate it because I was in a hurry, but man, the ingredients inside tasted so fresh and good- the burnt tortilla really ruined it for me. 3 stars for getting my order right, minus two for the amount of time I waited and for receiving a clearly burnt burrito. UPDATE: Came back to Taco Bell this morning to claim my free breakfast quesadilla. Online it says West Side Taco Bell opens at 8am. I drove over there and there were no employees in sight, so I looked at the door, and they changed their hours to open at 10am. Please fix your hours online and in the app!! I wasted 5 minutes of my 15 min break at work for this quesadilla."
