"Dropped in to take care of issue with a purchase from a different out of state store location. All of the staff were extremely helpful. I was greeted at the door and the manager then stepped forward, immediately fixed my issue with no delay, she didn't even look at the receipt I had brought with me that was in my hand. The store was very clean & organized and all of the displays were nice and seasonal. I didn't find anything else that I wanted to purchase on this visit and it is one of the smallest Lane Bryant locations I have ever visited. But they seemed to have a fair variety to select from. Like all Lane Bryant stores there are items that I feel are a great value and other items that are not.. but the staffs enthusiasm & helpfulness more than made up for any inconvenience I felt about having to make a trip all the way in (45 min trip) to get my issue taken care of."

"Went in to buy a new dress. I found the perfect one on a manikin. It wS the only one in the store and was my size. The worker refused to take it off the Manikin and told me I could not take it off either. She would order it but I could not buy the one in front of me. She also chased two customers out while I was there."

"I came in there 2/10/2023 to the Evansville IN location and was looking for a new outfit. And they asked if I needed help which I did. Jill was the lady who helped me and she made me feel so great about the outfits she picked out for me to try on!!"
