"This place and it's employees are an absolute mess. Went through the drive through, asked for a very simple, small order. Pulled up to the window, and paid for my order. Sat outside the window for approximately 5 minutes before they asked me to pull forward. I pulled forward and waited another 10 minutes before I decided to go in and check on our order. They had no idea where my order was or why they could not find it. None of them could even recall the order from just 15 minutes before. There were 2 customers total in the entire place who had already received their orders, and there was no one in the drive true. There were approximately 7 to 8 employees that I could see; just hanging out chatting amongst themselves, behind the counter. I believe this place could use some new good management. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ended up having to request my money returned, which the girl gave me cashback on a debit card order, and even though I told her my exact order, she still could not give me my correct change. I believe drug testing should be implemented here."

"This location is right off of interstate 64. It’s connected to a gas station. A little on the small side but when I visited during lunch, there was seating available for everyone. Mary Jane, who took our order, was efficient. Seems like the food was taking a bit to get out to customers. I had ordered a kids meal cheeseburger and was disappointed by how thin and dry the burger was. Definitely a lot more bread than burger. Pickles on the burger were nice and crisp though. Fries were tasty as well."

"Food was cold. For a Friday night I expected better. The fries tasted ok, but cold too. The burgers advertised on the window apparently don’t even exist according to the cashier. Waited for 10+ minutes for food and everything looked like it had been sitting for hours. Very disappointed. Picture is of my husbands double cheeseburger. It was dry and cold."
