"Nice people but don't you dare break your own seal. They will reject the whole load if you do. Overnight parking is at a premium. Maybe 3-4 trucks MAX! Have your reefer on continuous run. They WILL check it."

"We pulled up to the drive thru and someone is standing on the side of the building. We go to pull up but this person walks up to the window and is checking out at the window without a car? Total inconvenience and not to mention scary, we didnt know why someone was standing next to the building and the windows are down because were going through a drive thru, very safetey concerning."

"I’ve delivered here three times total. The first two times I was unloaded and out within 2 hours and a day early! They will not keep blue Chep pallets and will put them back on the truck, and they would normally point you to a nearby place that would take them. Sure, why not! This last time was a different deal. I arrived a day early as I did before, they turned me away and told me I was scheduled for 08:00 next morning. Next morning 08:00 rolled. Nobody was in receiving yet. About 08:35 they came out, and told me to back in to the dock. Almost three hours to unload, put pallets back on my truck and said “there USED to be a place that would take them” but they didnt know anymore or bothered telling me where I could possibly take them. Because of this I was late to my next appointment for pickup who charged a $100 rescheduling fee. I had to find a place in Louisville KY that would take them. Either this place is under new management or have become a bit inconsiderate of the drivers delivering here. Have a place to take the pallets you don’t want or request your customer NOT use chep pallets!! Its a huge inconvenience for drivers to be running around looking where to take them. It really isn’t our responsibility. Two stars...one for being semi-friendly, one for overnight parking onsite."
