"When handing me my drink, HE gouged me with one of HIS very big, long and wide pink sparkley fake nails, then looked at his nail to see if was ok...Then charged 32 cents for 1 sweet n sour sauce, stating ketchup is only condiment thats free. Funny thing, the next McDonald's we went to handed me 2 sweet n sour for free. Wont go back there"
"Worse McDonalds in the city. Always slow. Always making you pull up to wait for food. If I have to pull up bring the condiments out with my food automatically. I had to pull up and wait 5 minutes for hashbrowns that were terrible with NO KETCHUP cause I wasn’t waiting more time for that. Ronald McDonald is not pleased! Do better!"
"Waited in drive thru with no cars in front me, what seemed like forever it was us waiting just a couple mins. No one ever came on to take our order, I pulled around and parked. The gentleman that took my order inside was very friendly and took my order right away. After receiving our food but the fish my wife ordered and my spicy chicken sandwich were both crispy burnt."
"The place is always dirty. They refused to make the breakfast order I placed even know it was 30 minutes till breakfast was over. But of course they charged my card and then I couldn't get the food and they had me wait 3 days before they could give me a refund on the food I didn't receive after paying. I finally had to contact my bank to get the money back I had to dispute the charges. They sold me an apple pie with no filling. The workers always are rude. I've been cursed at for simple questions. I can't see very good and so when I ask about something on the menu they get an attitude. They like to toss down people's food. A worker one time was sick and stuck their hand in my food. Also they say when I asked for extra onions on my burger they say it's not cooked into the burger but there's no sign on the door. If someones allergic to onions and there's no food allergy warning they can get sewed"
"We waited 40 minutes after placing the mobile order so we finally had to go inside to retrieve our order, we ordered 3 quarter pounders and the meat was so disgusting and Raw it was not safe to consume !!!! Called the store, manager acted like he did not even care and did not even apoligize!"
