"I sometimes just choose this Wendy's because I want something fast, but also want a good experience. I prefer it to all other fast food here simply because the employees are FANTASTIC! They are kind and efficient and friendly. The food is always good as well!"

"This place runs in eastern time so even though your app says central time don’t try and order breakfast because you’ll be an hour late and have to cancel your order. And if they church you in they have to cancel the order. Don’t know why the employees told me I’d have to cancel it on my end. Cuz once you’re checked in the order has been “processed”. Other than that Staff was nice and super helpful"

"Visited this Wendy's in Ferdinand IN a few mins ago. Approx 1pm Tues Dec 5th. Placed my order and proceeded to hand the cashier a $50 bill. She was very apologetic for having to get the manager to make change. However the manager was working the drive thru window and acted like she didn't have time to deal with making change. It was then suggested that I pay with a smaller denomination, which I did not have. The cashier handed me my $50 bill back and left without my order. I suppose that manager will have to stop what she's doing and void that order. If I knew who the owner was I would certainly like to let them know."

"Food was awful, but the service was great. We both had a burger, he had the nacho burger, and I asked for a burger with spicy ghost pepper cheese and certain toppings. His burger was awful and my burger was dry and all wrong. But the kid working the window was so very nice"

"Management has really let these poor workers down; short, staffed, overwhelmed, filthy kitchen. The workers were moving as quickly as they could, but there was no management or supervision apparent. Chili smeared on counters, floor covered in ice, water, and smashed fries. Gross."
