"We read reviews before going and the reviews was mixed, so we decided to try it anyway. It was on our way home and decided why not. So glad we stopped. We did have a late lunch, but the food came out fast and it was very good. I had a tenderloin and it was plenty big. The appetizer platter was huge! My husband ordered catfish and it was tasty. We will definitely be back when we get a chance. It's a little drive, but I'm sure we will be back in the area. I will have to say, I only saw one server, so I don't know if that is common there. But the server did a really good job.My only complaint is it is a little dim lighting in there, but that is it. One thing I will point out is there is no kid menu. I definitely would recommend this place to others, because I already have."

"Got inside, and the restaurant was kind of dark and the lights over the tables were way too bright. As far as the food is concerned, I ordered the 8 ounce ribeye steak medium, but when it came out, it was quite well done. Gentleman at a table next to me Ordered his medium rare and it came out well done as well. The wife got a ham and cheese with loaded fries and the cheese sauce was cold. I did not send the steak back as I was hungry and didn’t feel like waiting but the cook is about 20 years old and probably doesn’t Understand how to cook a good steak due to lack of experience. The service was excellent and the young lady that took care of us kept our drinks going and checked on us several times. Overall a solid two star restaurant based upon my experience, so I’m guessing I hit it at a bad time. Around 7 PM on a Sunday night. I will likely not end up going there again."

"My wife and I just found this place, it's been around forever. It's a quaint little restaurant, well actually not so little. We both had hamburgers, they were good, fries were good. They have a pizza bar on Tuesday and Thursday nights and salad bar every night. We enjoyed our time there. Oh, they make a good cup of coffee."
