"I’m upset cause I just paid 30 bucks just for my ice cream to not even taste like ice cream at a restaurant known for their ice cream I got a watered down Oreo blizzard that tasted nothing like it’s supposed to even had my fam confirm it"

"The food is always nice and hot. However the staff doesn't tend to get in any hurry to take orders. I don't know how many times I've just stood at the counter and have been looked at a handful of times before I get acknowledged. Even if you're busy you could say hello, I'll be with you in a moment. Foods always good. The service is meh."

"Placed an order for an ice cream cake Sept 21st and originally set the pick up date for Sept 27th. I asked that the cake colors be blue, pink, and white and for it to be all chocolate flavored. I gave them my name and phone number so they could contact me if they had any questions or concerns. I called back Sept 23 and asked if I could reschedule picking up the cake on Oct 6th and they said that was fine. Fast forward to the 6th and I called DQ to double check to make sure the cake was ready and it wasn't but they said they could make it and have it ready for me by no later than 5pm that day. I said that would be great. Thinking that everything was fine I drove to Princeton and went to the drivethrough and when they asked to take my order I said I was there to pick up a birthday cake. They said ok hang on a minute. A few minutes later they asked for my name and I told them and they repeated the wrong name back to me and I corrected them and they told me to pull forward. After spending 15 mins waiting in the drivethrough I finally got to the window and they told me my order was $8.25 and I said no I was there to pick up a birthday cake. So they said hang on a minute again, closed the window, and three employees stood there talking to one another for about 5 mins possibly trying to figure out where the cake actually was. So after they disbursed a girl comes to the window and asked when I had placed the order and I explained everything. She said hang on a minute. A few minutes later another person comes to the window and said they didn't have a cake being held for anyone under the name I had given them. I finally told them what was wrote on the cake firmly believing at this point whoever originally took my order over the phone wrote my name down wrong even after I made sure I spelled it out for them. Again I was told ok hang on a minute. Finally they brought me the birthday cake which was not what I ordered. It had pink icing with red lettering. You could tell it was a rush job. I told the girl holding it that it wasn't what I had ordered and started explaining what colors it should've been. Feeling defeated, tired of holding up the drivethrough line, and feeling sorry for the teenagers that had to deal with the fallout from whoever made and decorated the cake that day I paid over $23.00 for a cake I didn't really want at that point but accepted anyway because at least I got some form of a birthday cake and the final blow was when we brought it home and discovered it was half vanilla and half chocolate when we asked for it to be all chocolate. I'm just so glad I double checked with them and called early enough in the morning so they could make the replacement cake because I would've been really pissed if I had drove all the way from Evansville to Princeton only to discover that the cake hadnt been made. So if you're going to place a cake order with DQ I just wouldn't at this time"

"I don't normally complain but this order was so horrendously wrong I have to say something. We put in a specific order for this about three weeks ago for a cake that was chocolate with blue white and pink icing. We had to put the order on hold because of some mistake with our bank and set the cake to be picked up today. Let me tell you this Cake was made today. If my mother wouldn't have called I don't even think we would have gotten the cake. It's not at all what we ordered. We got a fully white cake that's chocolate and vanilla with some pink icing and red lettering. I don't think I'll be getting a cake from here again. If this was just a fast food order I wouldn't have said anything that happens all the time, I get it. It's the fact the cake looks thrown together and is completely wrong. If you didn't know what the specific order was because of a breakdown of communication I would have understood a phonecall saying that it'll be delayed and to repeat my order just incase. Cake is still Cake, it's still good it's just disappointing."

"The employees are very rude in the evening! The girl waiting on us was not polite at all. None of the employees were friendly! They all walked around looking like they hated life. No gloves being worn during food service. Food was not cooked all the way. I understand people have bad days. But this place seems to have a dark cloud hovering over it all the time."
