"Speaking as a HR/ Customer Service Specialist: The customer service and the employee moral was absolutely horrible my first couple of visits earlier this year. I’ve noticed that the customer service has recently started to improved. It was refreshing to have a friendly greeting my last couple of visits. However, the manager/employee moral still needs a lot of work. One of store managers has got to be the most “unprofessional” managers I have ever seen. It’s obvious that he doesn’t want to be there. I have overheard him cussing and talking rudely to his employees several times. Now I see why employee moral is so bad! I recently overheard him apologizing to a customer who had a complaint. I’m not sure exactly what the complaint was about. But he apologized by trying to throw another store manager under the bus. He blamed her for being new and not doing a good job. I found his apology to the customer to be an undermining and a very unprofessional. I would not hire him! He is not a good example of leadership material. A change in leadership may be exactly what helps improve the store."

"This place use to be nice. Once new one was built on green.. place turned into a dumpster fire. Waiting in drive through with only one car in front of me. Lady had one drink order.. there was no one inside waiting.. took was seemed like 10 mins for her to get her drink. Once I was at window the girl inside didnt open the window to take my card. She wasnt making an effort to make my drink.. this place needs closed down. Like seriously.. lock the doors and don't open again. Worst service ever."

"Rude employees that couldn't care less if they don't make your drink in time. I understand they're understaffed and busy, but that is no excuse to be rude to customers when they haven't even spoken with a single employee about their order yet. Careful not to wait too patiently!"
