"So we tried to order online but when we got there they told us they were out of big patties so we paid for nothing. So next we tried to order the food in person and then it was still slow and we had to wait about 6 minutes for them to cook fries. The food is fine but everything else sucks."

"On Nov 10th approximately 12:30pm I brought a co worker for lunch in Salem Indiana Wendy's. On our way in, an old man stopped us and told us to not waste our time. We proceeded into Wendy’s where there was only one family eating and no one else in line. The kid at the counter looked at us multiple times and did not engage while he did nothing but pace. Finally he comes to the counter and said “you probably will want to go some where else, these orders have been sitting here for over 5 minutes” We laughed bc we thought there’s no way he was being serious. There was no one else inside waiting and there were 4 associates working. Then he walked away and we realized he was serious. Unbelievable! I will never dine here again. You can count on that. No apology-no explanation-NOTHING. He just wanted us gone. So that we will be for the long haul."

"Just went through drive through and heard manager tell her employees to make sure orders are right and she could nt get my tea right. I asked for LG sweet tea , and she gave me unsweetened tea."

"Food was good and a good price. Got 2 of the $ 5.00 total. around $11.00. Got 2 large Strawberry Frosties. The cost $8.00 for 2. I thought that was a little pricey for the size. Not a big as they used to be."
