"My wife and I bought our first car from this dealership 2 years ago. In the time we have used this service center countless times. We used it first to replace the timing chain soon after purchases (which the salesman neglected to inform us of the issue when I asked “is there anything that I need to repair on it”), we have taken it in for engine repair, tire repair, several oil changes. My wife has made several walk up appointments on Saturdays. This past Saturday (11-6-21) we were denied emergency tire service. The three employees (who looked to be doing nothing else but eating breakfast) claimed that we needed an appointment, which has never happened to us. I pleaded for assistance as we had a safety issue with our tire, an issue that this very same service center told us was not an issue just 2 months prior. We were still denied service. It hurt to be turned away by a business that we have spent money and time in over the last 2 years. We will be avoiding doing business at this Subaru for as long as we can. We will also not purchase anymore vehicles from this dealership."
