"I ordered an online order and when I arrived to pick it up they said they did not have an order. I showed the girl my phone with the receipt that had my order and payment method on it. She called her supervisor and the supervisor said since there was no order on their end there was nothing they could do. So I have now paid for food that I did not receive and I have no way to cancel the order. Very disappointing."

"The one on Newton St. Sux!!! I don't think the hardly spoke English, nor did she try. No pleasantries, nothing. All I wanted was a large Sprite which was almost 3 bucks. I was the only one there and they took their sweet time. It was a hot day and I just wanted a cold refreshing drink. When I got it, it was flat and warm. I debated how much of a stink I wanted to make. It wasn't worth it. I just drove over to their dumpster and tossed it. If they can't do that right the rest can't be good either. It used to be an ok place to go."

"Rude costumer service Seems like they only want your money but won't even give napkins. Seems like it's better making our own food at home than being in front of rude people. Subway itself wasn't even that good either. (I hardly ever give reviews but this I had to.)"

"The worse Subway I ever been. I got 2 footings and a 6 inch. Took them home and had so much lettuce on the sandwiches that I had to remake the sandwiches so my family would be able to be picked them up just to be able to eat them. Very very sloppy work."

"I stopped here today, and ordered 3 sandwiches. They dropped one and were then out of the meat I ordered, I was told that the cut chicken was the same as the roasted just cut up, I agreed to have that instead which was a huge mistake. It was nasty and gave me food poisoning. Service was very slow and people were rude, as I am waiting for someone to come finish my order since they left half way through there were flies landing on and around our sandwiches. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I don't recommend eating here at all."
