"This guy… I wasn’t able to make my original appointment, but I did call and left a message. I went in the next day and he was rude about it, saying I didn’t call soon enough and I wasted his time and money. I said I would just take my car elsewhere and his reply was “good”. Not nice at all! I used him in the past and had to wait over a week with no car, and no courtesy calls to let me know what was going on. Really bad customer service."
