"WELL LET'S START BY SAYING WE BOUGHT A GENTLY USED APPLIANCE FROM HIM. IT WAS 5 YEARS OLD COME ON, "NOT REALLY GENTLY USED." IT WAS SCRATCHED BADLY DOWN 1 SIDE, I could live with that. IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME AND WAS FILTHY ON THE INSIDE. Tim said " he would reimburse us for the delivery fee since I had to clean it myself." STILL WAITING FOR THAT CHECK TO ARRIVE. 30 DAY WARRANTY, IT RAN FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS AND NOW FREEZES UP! GUESS WHO WON'T COME TO REPAIR IT?? BUYERS BEWARE!!"

"In the past I would've recommended Tim's but I've bought 2 different washer/dryer,,,first one wouldn't even turn on .wouldn't you think if you owned a appliance store you would at least plug it in to see if it worked before you sold it ......nope ! story goes on ....he did replace it but charged another 100$ to bring another unit and guess what,used it 3 times and now we are drying clothes with a fan and he won't return the calls probably a good thing because ita probably be 300$ to replace this one with another dryer.that wont heat....thanks Tim's can't be used appliance store ,easy to see why you store hop from county to county !!! Not the same place I used to buy from :("
