"I've been to Goodwills all across the Midwest and NEVER have I been treated so poorly and disrespectful. The employees here were extremely rude, unfriendly, and above all their was at least FIVE of them standing around in the back while only one register was open in a moderately busy store. They literally tried to hide an item from me that I noticed on a cart for product to go out on the floor and asked about. They were standoffish and rude, and verbally abusive. I understand they couldn't hand it to me right then, but to try and hide it?? Makes you wonder if the employees wanted it for themselves. I doubt I will be back anytime soon, but management needs to straighten out the sheer laziness and overall poor customer treatment. And to top it all off, I wasn't even asked to donate when I checked out, something that I do regularly to support Goodwill and the opportunities their programs provide. DO BETTER PRINCETON GOODWILL. Will be contacting area manager."

"Goodwill always amazes me. It's another comfort place for me. You can literally find ANYTHING at any given time. Find items you need and also leave with items you didn't realize existed. Wonderful place. Wonderful cause."

"Not bad prices. The setup of the store is weird. I did find something worth 50 dollars I paid 5 for. The staff was nice. Minus 1 star for the layout of the store. I want toys to have their own section instead on top of racks. Come check out the store...overall it was good."

"The goodwill worker, named Bee, told my mother and I that we weren't allowed to sit down on this bench in front of the building. Then why is it there?!!"
