"Was told script would be ready at 5p. Arrived at 630p but script not ready. Closed at 7p and still not ready. Waited till following day for text that it was ready but text didn't come. Called and it was ready. I've had numerous issues with this CVS in Bedford over time. Chose another CVS if possible!!!"
"Well I moved my prescription from a pharmacy to CVS because of cost when I was notified to pick up i was the only person in line and a gentleman said be with you in second he was opening bags with prescriptions I assume. Anyhow after about 3-4 minutes he found my prescription and I displayed my single care app and cost and he responded he couldn’t process order. He moved me to another location and a young lady said she would be with me shortly within a few minutes she came over and said after looking at my single care card prescription number and cost which was 3.27 and responded she couldn’t find the number and couldn’t give me that cost. I did mention 5.00 was a coupon discount and she told me the cost display was 12.00 I said well I’ve waited long enough so I’ll pay it. She said she would take it back to the employee at the register and I said I would have to get back in now about six people were at the register. She said yes so I said forget It. My concern was the cost and after waiting and agreed to pay the CVS cost and not single care cost?Also my wife called yesterday and told them what single care cost was and I guess we assumed it was good."
"I went into your store this morning when it opened and the gal who opened it was very grumpy; she entered literally 2 minutes prior to opening. I walked in and said "Good Morning" and got a gruff response. Upon using the self checkout I noticed the register was asking me if I want to redeem a $10 coupon, to which I asked frumpy grumpy girl if that had to do with the monthly subscription to which she replied in a rather annoyed toned "Yes". I tried this back in December of 2022 for 30 days Free and had to cancel by a certain date so as not to be charged which I did by phone only to find out today that CVS has still been charging me. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company. Your pharmacy is so unorganized which is why I switched all of my prescriptions over 3 years ago to another local pharmacy, and your store has very little choices, and I about fainted when I saw how high your vitamins are, and I mean what few brands you carry. I can get any of those name brands on Amazon for 1/4th the price. CVS is way Too OVERPRICED! I only go into your store literally like two times a year. Good luck staying in business."
"Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Had partial lung removal and my Dr upped my dose of meds, she called in and they refused to fill it making up a ton of excuses, even telling me to if you're that desperate go to Er. Was told it would be ready at 8am husband arriving around 10:30 then said it now will be noon. After he complained to supervisor it was available right away. Calling corporate to file a formal complaint. Will not use them ever."
"I was called that I had s prescription to pick up the following day. (Note that this call came from a live person, not the automated system). When I went to pick it up on the correct day, I was told that there was no prescription ready and in fact, I had zero refills. I realize that mistakes happen, but the staff was rude & condescending acting as if I was the one in error showing up to pick up the prescriptions, I had been told would be ready. The associate named Michael should be working the window at Mickey D's. Switching my business to Walgreen's."
