If you didn’t get your equipment from us (Anderson Medical) we can’t help you. No worries. I/we will not give you any of our business ever. "This is the very worst place to do business with! Had a knee replacement, went to rehab. Rehab ordered a walker for me. The nurse who ordered the walker told Anderson I was a 5’5” woman. They sent over a junior walker for up to a 5’0 size woman. Told rehab it was the wrong size. They said, had to take it back to Anderson to exchange. Went their today. Spoke with a very hateful woman, so no exchanges due to the covet. To start with not our fault they sent the wrong size, second, could they not spray the metal walker down to kill any germs! They charged Medicare 130.00 for a walker you can get on Amazon for 30 dollars. It’s not about the money, or even the no exchange. It’s how we were treated, with no solution to the problem. I will be in touch with customer service, and report the woman in the Bloomington Indiana store."

"I can not speak highly enough of the staff at Anderson's Medical. Their team took the time to let me try a half dozen ultralight chairs, sent someone with me to my PT appointment to ensure that we had all of the necessary documentation, and walked me through two appeals with my insurance company including helping me compile massive amounts of documentation. I have had my chair for almost a years and they have always been happy to answer questions or make tweaks to my chair as I adjusted. It is a bit of a pain to have to drive to their Terra Haute showroom to demo the ultralight chairs, but it was well worth it in the end."

"There are not professional, the just seeking there profit regaless the patient benefit. I ordered a wheelchair since 14 May 2019 from my insurance provider Homelink. After Homelink received my insurance approval, they sent the order to Anderson's Medical Equipments on 22 May 2019, Anderson's sent to my insurance requesting a new approval for them self from my insurance, as today 29 May 2019, I didn't received my wheelchair, I called my insurance, my insurance called Andreson's and gave them verbal approval to procced with the order, until my insurance send/fax the offical order. I called Anderson's requesting them to send me the wheelchair before end of today 29 May 2019, as I have rental chair shall expira today until, otherwise the current rental shall extend automatically tomorrow. I told them if they failed to send me the wheelchair today before 3:00pm, consider my order canceled, as no need to double a wheelchair. The owner of Anderson's called me, and informed that they do not accepting any kind of threat and they will not provide me with the wheelchair."
