"Jordan came today and knew INSTANTLY what was wrong with our dishwasher. Previous tech fixed the door but didn't level the machine so it was blinking and shutting off, and then finally left me a nice puddle on the floor. He fixed it and was DONE! I would tell you to ask for Jordan, but don't because I want him to be available for me!!!!!!!!"

"I paid Jerry’s Applance Repair over $300 for 1 part and labor plus the service call if $79.99. The repair person was very courteous and pleasant but my Midea washer was not fixed. They said they were familiar with the Midea brand and have worked on them before. I called them and reported that the washer still would spin out. They came another day which was 6 days after the first time they were out. It was the soonest appointment according the the person I talked to. The same repair person came out, again courteous and pleasant. He said it was some bolts that came loose. He fixed that (he said) but still the problem was not fixed. I called that same day & reported this. The person I spoke with said he would talk with the technician and give me a call back. I didn’t hear from them so on the 6th day. I called them back. The person that answered said that it was probably another part and it would possibly be $300-400 more. Even thought this washer was only about 2?years old (from Lowe’s with a protection plan - a whole other story), I opted to buy a new washer but not from Lowe’s. Jerry’s did not offer a refund of any kind."
"Oh my, where do I begin? I have been without a washer for over 3 months. They are the repair company that Lowes uses to honor their warranties. The technician has been to my residence 5 times. The first visit the technician came out and couldn’t do and didn’t do anything because he didn’t have another technician to help him unstack the washer and dryer. The second visit they never called to give me a diagnosis, I called them two weeks later and they said “we had to order the part and it took longer than expected”, although while the technician was here in my home said that part would only take a couple of days. Another 1.5 weeks later he came out again. They finally put a part on my washer, it did not work as my washer was still leaking out the front just the same as before. I called again and the representative for Jerry’s appliance had closed out the ticket and deemed it fixed. They never called me or even gave me a chance to see if it was actually fixed… When it was not. And we went through these steps a couple more times. They keep reporting to the warranty company that they can’t report anything wrong with it, when I have VIDEO proof of it leaking out the front within the first 10-15 minutes. Jerry’s is negligent, lies, and at this point, dare I say, playing a game with the warranty company to milk them for money. I just called today to tell them I had video proof and he said contact your warranty company and hung up on me. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, by far. BEWARE and also hold Lowes accountable for using Jerry’s appliance repair and only them, no other choice for whirlpool washer and dryers. Ridiculous."
