How are you doing today?” Rather than asking me right away what I wanted to order, she seemed to be interested in me as a person. This was the first time I have experienced that in a drive thru, and I truly appreciated it. Then at the window, I was helped by Teresa who was so incredibly personable, kind, and sincere.
