"Today I got my haircut from Michelle. I’ve been going to Michelle for about 10 years. I watched her receive a walk-in, which is not very typical of this salon as these stylists are fully booked usually. Still, she quickly helped the lady and gave her two other stylists’ contact information who could help color-correct this lady’s hair quickly. Because I’ve been going to Michelle for a decade, she has long-stopped receiving new clients, but I appreciated watching how she helped this lady and served her promptly when she didn’t have to. Michelle knows hair, color, and always services me in a timely manner so that I can quickly return to work. She is the perfect stylist for me!"
