"The woman taking our order was unprofessional in the manner she spoke to us and in the way she bantered loudly with her coworker. Our twists are missing from the order and the only customization we made to anything on the order was ignored, as the taco had the wrong protein. Significant downturn since last we were here."

"Unfortunately issues everytime lately. Spent $40 for dinner for my family and we were missing 2 items, the 4 soft tacos were supposed to be Supreme and they weren't, ordered 2 large nacho fries and the containers were only half full. The employees were nice but it's just not worth going here to not get what you paid for"

"Pleaded that I pay at Kiosk because they only had 2 people working. The food prep area looked like it had not been cleaned, EVER. The hard tacos were stale, and if I didn't have low blood sugar, I would have run away."
