"This store has became dirty rundown. And the employees have nothing but smartele, mouths and attitudes with all of the customers. Also, every time you go to this store, they have some bullcrap. Excuse about why they cannot take any orders. And then you come back fifteen minutes later and you see all of the employees standing outside smoking around all of the tables. The neighborhood where we live is going to close this terrible store. Do not waste your time effort or energy. To get the nasty stuff. They are serving or the attitude they are giving in the process. Also, we have called the corporate number more times than I can count. And they do nothing checkers. Rallies obviously does not care how their stores operate"
"I saw 2 employees smoking weed before they came inside and took my order. I wouldn't have even mentioned the weed if the attitude was ok and my order was right. My order was completely wrong and I got 2 things smh where is the manager with the colored hair? Never had an issue when I saw she was working."
"This place is absolutely one of the worst Rally's in Indiana! I will never return again. After waiting 45 minutes for my cold order, an employee was giving away free food. Another employee bought drugs off a man in a van. They were eating while making paying customers orders, and when I asked for a refund, I got smarted off too and was told if I didn't like it, then to leave. I called customer service only to be told someone would call me in 3-5 business days. They didn't even deserve 1 star."
"Even though the fries were hot, they were greasy. I asked for a Chilli cheese dog with relish, onions, and mustard. I didn't get the relish and barely any onions. The wait time was too long for them not to get my order right"
"This location has very kind workers who greet you immediately at the drive-thru! The fry seasoned tenders are so tasty and I'm obsessed with the loaded garlic parmesan fries!"
