McAlister's Deli 2720 North 6th Street, Vincennes, IN 47591

"Do you not order from delivery here... They hardly get your order right and then doordash goes and delivers it somewhere else!! Which I feel when you order from McAlister's. It should be McAlister's that takes care of it and sends you out some more food. But no, they did not want to do that! Yes, Jacob said he would give me a refund but now I have to reorder $32 worth of food as he cannot take my order and send it out?!? They screwed up and I have to wait for my refund for a few days which in these days with Bidenomics most people can't do. But here I am. I guess I'm going to have to order from someplace else in Vincennes. Good luck!!! Oh update, McAlister's is the one who charge my account and then they graciously put the money back into my account which is wonderful but I don't know why. Jacob, the manager there could not just take a order over the phone and make all this right?!?"

"I have frequested this location several times. I love the selection and good quality. I have no idea how the Subway next door could stay in business with this option next door that is superior in every way and this McAllister's is better than others I have visited as far as cleanliness, staff, and attention to how my meals was prepared."

"The customer service was amazing. The food was mostly delicious. The potato soup had a weird taste ,so I did not eat that. The spud was yummy!!! I will be back"

"Ordered on app, drive thru pick up. All details present on the order and receipt. I paid extra for ingredients I didn't get and I didn't get all of the ordered ingredients. The club had almost no greens. The shaved turkey was in a ball in the middle. Tips are for good service. I've tipped places that took a complicated phone order for pick up and I tip well for good table service. Take note, owners. Your employees still don't do a good job even though a tip is your default option. This subpar experience keeps repeating at the Vincennes location, but I've never had a problem at the Terre Haute location or anywhere else while traveling."

"Kind staff, really great people who are awesome at their jobs. Slower style I’d say but still fast service, at first you might think that’s off because from the outside it seems like quicker place but give it a chance as I did. Worth the wait, they’re very efficient and good food takes time. Tried them a few times and all the food being absolutely delicious was always the case, they have a big variety of menu items with consistently high standards. Good location and place to eat! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
