"The food was seriously lacking seasoning. The battered fish and chicken was very bland. The seasoning has dwindled over the past several times visited. Also, the use of profanity in front of the customers must be required here, because it was used at least four times while I was ordering and waiting for the order to be prepared; a virtual back and forth tennis match of swearing. I am very disappointed in their behavior."

"Unable to give negative stars... ordered our food, waited for quite a while to get our order. When we got home which is 45 mins away, we took our food out and my #12 only had chicken (which was tough) and absolutely no fish whatsoever and to top it all off the sides which was supposed to be corn and fries ended up being corn and rice. Very disappointed in LJS quality has definitely went downhill."

"I was craving LJS. I had to wait to order in the drive through but I could see one person inside through the window ordering so I thought, “no big deal.” After fifteen minutes I finally ordered and pulled around. Another 15 minutes go by, no other customer are around now. I really thought “Should I just drive off?” I decided I’d give it five more minutes. Someone finally came and took my money and then told me “I’m sorry it’s going to be a few minutes.” What. The. Heck. TEN MINUTES GO BY. At this point I’m just mad at myself and thought to knock on the window and just ask for a refund. But they came. My Dr. Pepper was incredibly flat and tasted rancid. My cod looked and felt like rawhides. I asked for tartar sauce and they seriously gave me every sauce but that one. At this point, I’m beyond mad. I expressed it to the lady at the window and she replied with, “Yeah tonight may be my last night. This is bad.” SO I decided to call their corporate office. I called and it was after hours and prompted me with “Please press zero to leave a message.” I pressed zero and it told me my selection was invalid. This company is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’ve had worse food, but I have never had service so bad that the employees openly admit they want to quit."

"I only used the drive through, however I love fish and chips so deep fried fish ,hushpuppies and French fries is what they are good for. Though they have more than that, it's just what I go there for. You might have to wait a little longer than most ff spots. But its normally worth the wait."

"Use to be way better. Service and quality of food has went down quite a bit. Lobby is usually messy no matter what time you go in. Condiment bar is always missing items. Definitely could use a lot of TLC"
