"We placed a big to go order but we needed to change one meal once the order was placed online. I called the location for 40 minutes and nobody ever answered the phone, their catering office couldn't even get a hold of them. Delivery was great, it's not their fault, but we will never order from this location again since nobody can be bothered to answer the phone"

"My family ordered delivery through the website and when the order arrived an entire plate was missing. An employee told us that the plate was just left out of the bag and that either we could come pick it up or they would write our name down for a free meal next time, which since there will be no next time, my mother decided to go pick it up. If we were going to have to go pick it up anyways we wouldn’t have paid extra for delivery. I ordered the Wisconsin mac and cheese and it was horrible. It was basically plain elbow noodles with a tablespoon of sauce at the bottom of the bowl and about a handful of shredded cheese melted on top. It was plain, dry, and rubbery. Noodles and company used to have some of the best mac and cheese and now it’s terrible. Only giving 2 stars because we were offered a refund upon picking up the missing plate. Will definitely not be ordering from here again. Do NOT recommend."

"Staff all friendly. Counter space was clean and organized. Food was given in good portions. Hubby's dish was better than mine. Liked the zoodles just fine but the pesto came out watery and it diluted the otherwise good flavors a lot. Still would try again."
