Fuji Sushi

"Fiji Sushi isn't what you expect in mall food. Its beyond what you expext in sushi. The lady here named Mercy goes above and beyond for her customers. I highly suggest sushi lovers to come here for a sushi fixing. Today is my birthday and I sat down and asked her to make me her favorite sushi roll. I received the hot cheetos rolland it was delicious. With just thr right heat, it was far from dissapointment. If your walking the Greenwood Mall in Indiana, this is the place to go!! Highly recommended!!!"

"Honestly didn't expect much, as it is mall sushi.. but this is by far the worst in my experience. There was only one employee working, making sushi and working the cash register. They forgot to remove their gloves when handling the cash register, so everything has been cross-contaminated. As for the food, the sashimi was still partly frozen, salmon was ok i suppose, but tuna did not taste fresh. Lastly, the miso was way too salty."

"I work in food service so I can be pretty understanding but that also means I know food safety standards. I had my food delivered through doordash and it arrived very quickly to when i placed the order but both of the rolls I ordered were warm like they've been sitting out for a long time. The photos they had of the rolls were also COMPLETELY misleading. Like if I knew what I was actually gonna get I wouldn't have paid $35 for 2 rolls (before doordash charges)"

"I really enjoyed this sushi place. The gentleman was super nice and everything is rolled fresh. I got a shaggy dog roll and the avocado and cucumber roll. One roll is definitely enough food, but I think avocados and cucumbers really show you how fresh the ingredients are and I wanted to test it. I was super happy with the taste."

"I recently visited the new sushi place "Fuji Sushi" in the Greenwood Mall and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered poke, something that I miss from my time in Hawaii. I really enjoyed the poke because it's not something that you can find easily outside of Hawaii, so it was a nice treat. The miso soup was just okay, but the service was friendly and I'm looking forward to trying their spicy tuna roll on my next visit. Overall, I was happy with my experience at this new sushi place and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys sushi and poke."
