"I have ordered from her for 15 years that I’ve been in my house never had an issue until today. They took 45 minutes longer than said they would be then brings me someone else’s food while my Family has been waiting to eat and Now we are gonna wait another 45 minutes without any discounts or credits and all they say they can do is make me fresh food that’s what should have happen to begin with this will be our Family’s last time ordering from here they lost a valuable customer and I will be getting my money back."
"I know that I have said it before in this past but now I think that it's time to go on the search for something new. Your pizza in general is usually pretty good but the last few I always order extra cheese which was a good thing or they wouldn't have had any on it period. Your prices have increased so I always order on line because of your pizza perks. So like I said Your prices have increased then I see that you have increased the number of points required. So now the points required for your 1 free large 1 topping is 25 points or roughly 500.00 total spent. Then I go to place an order tonight , I was out thought I would swing by and pick it up on my way home. But now as I'm trying to place my order I discover that I can't because I can't place an order online because I was paying with cash. So I called to place my order and was told because I was calling in my ordered I don't get my perk point. Increase your prices , Increase the points needed , when ordering extra what you get is in no way worth what you charge my last 2 ordered ( extra cheese if I hadn't of ordered it , it would have been cheeseless) and lastly ,,,loosing my point because of paying with cash. Everything on your end INCREASED BUT ON THE CONSUMERS END , QUALITY DROPS AND THERES REALLY NO PERKS TO YOUR PERKS PROGRAM ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DONT GET THE CREDIT FOR IT."
"Really good pizza and wings. Only comment is I feel like the wings could be a little crisper, and I'd like a slightly bigger cup of ranch. But the crust was the perfect thickness, the sauce was tasty, and the toppings were really nice. I'd definitely return."
