"Went here for 1st time today with friends from church. Nice little cafe. Good food, good coffee & service was quick. Only complaint was french toast was little hard/rubbery. But all 3 of the others had tenderloin. BIG & MEATY they said & loved them. ♥️. Definitely going back to try something different."

"Took may family here for the first and last time. They would not honor the prices on their menu. They presented us with a bill and when we question it the "Kitchen Manager" came out and preceded to say everything has gone up in price and they could not afford to update the menu's and made a complete seen about it. I was really quite amazing! I'm 62 years old and never had an issue like this in a eating establishment. Be warned that the prices on the menu may not be what you will be billed and EXPECTED to pay."

"Outstanding food, amazing value and good service. I had the breakfast burrito, and my husband had the corned beef. The flavor was exceptional for this price. Under $20 for the both of us. This is the epitome of "a hole in the wall" cafe, and I am glad I found this place. Highly recommend. Update. We returned and had the breakfast again (#7 and #9) and once again, the service and food were both great."

"The food is a bit bland. The menu choices weren't the most interesting. It still tasted alright though, just wish there was a little more to it. Side portion was small considering the size of my entree. I wasn't the most impressed overall but I think it's alright if you're looking for something simple."

"Cozy tucked away. Charming servers. Friendly. This restaurant is one for locals that lures outsiders to come have a look and experience. I had a salad with grilled chicken. Lettuce was fresh and crisp. I liked the small pieces of lettuce that made it easier to enjoy and eat. I was never offered a refill on my soda though the sever checked on me twice. Most patrons seemed to be there for the typical Hoosier breakfast consisting of everything from eggs to sausage. Cafe was comfy but great attention needs to be paid to cleaning especially walls that tables butt up against. I do hope to return to just try their breaded tenderloin and visit the many quaint shops on main street in Beech Grove."
