"These young kids are ridiculous that work here. Was greeted rudely at the intercom, litterally cut me off to ask me "anything else". Then I got to the window and see "jada" eating chips at the counter and on her phone . Then she was playing in the dudes hair and didn't wash her hands thru any of it. Instead of giving me my drinks she continues to be on the phone. I think its very rude and unprofessional. Whether its a hardees or not . Wont be returning. Plus have been waiting over 20 minutes & still counting. As shes bagging my food, she is not washing her hands. Disgusting"

"Good food, at inexpensive prices (esp. this near downtown.) Does a fantastic job at balancing somewhat conflicting customer, business, and community needs in this area (imo.) I was going to order one Sausage & Egg Biscuit breakfast sandwich for $3.89, when the cashier pointed out they had a "2 for $5" deal of the same item; a better and great deal. I think Hardee's kinda keeps their cheaper items off their displayed main menus; but if you ask about charbroiled double cheeseburgers, you can probably get an excellent deal there, too. This is an area with homeless people, and this location keeps their bathroom locked, with customers needing to ask for an unlocking token."

"This was breakfast this morning. SMH These guys have really been dropping the ball the last 4 orders we’ve made with them. Next to no ham on the sandwich, Hard old French toast sticks, & a little over have a container of tots. Just terrible."
