KFC 2401 North Morton Street, Franklin, IN 46131

"I went through the drive thru to order my food, I ordered a large size of Mac & Cheese and large french fries. That's it plain and simple. I paid for my food, asked for plates(which they do have normally) said they didn't have any. I should have checked food before leaving. We get to where we're having lunch and look inside there's mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Didn't order either item! I go back to KFC, go inside to show them my receipt for what I ordered. Told them I ordered Lrg mac &cheese and french fries. The girl proceeded to tell me it wasn't rang in as what I ordered. Clearly on the receipt it says what I ordered. She goes back and gets me a small fry and individual size Mac& cheese. Again I said I ordered Lrg side items,goes back and gets Lrg mac & cheese and fries. Was given half only half full fries bc they happened to run out. At that point I wasn't about to stay any longer to ask for fresh fries. When walking inside to the front counter you can see the manager's office. Upon standing there you see an employee wearing bright maroon leggings,hoodie and wearing slides."

"They staff is incredibly rude, I ordered a door dash that included a famous bowl and a sweet tea. I received a lemonade with no ice and no corn or cheese in my famous bowl and they did nothing to fix it. Piss pour restaurant."

"Customer Service sucks, the wait on your food is very slow, there was a newborn baby behind the doordash pickup tray. Employees act like they do not know what's going on, and the food does not seem like it's fully cooked. This KFC is at a much lower standard than other ones near it's location. I would rather travel 15 minutes north to another KFC than go to this one. -2"

"By far the worst night I have ever had here. Mashed potatoes had no flavor, tasted like water. Corn overcooked and even the drinks were warm. This crew running tonight is not the crew I'm used too. Need to pick it up guys. This was horrible."

"This was the only time I have been to a restaurant and thought wow maybe they are getting paid too much for these jobs. Jokes aside, be ready to wait forever here. I ordered two family meals the day before (that the store confirmed at 10am the morning of) for 4:45pm. I got there at that time, said I was there for a pick up and the person at the counter said they had to make fresh chicken tenders and it would be 5-10 minutes. I understood but was frustrated that I set a pick up time and the chicken wasn't even started. I figured at least everything else should be done and ready since that is cooked ahead of time. Plus they weren't busy, no customers in the building and no cars in the drive thru. There were at least 5 or 6 people working but no more than 1 person was working on my order at a time, with several seeming to not even be working to begin with. One employee was in and out of the building the whole time. Another employee was pacing around the dining area on a phone call the whole time I was there. Another employee seemed to just be doing laps around the kitchen, walking around with his hands in his pocket. After I stood there for about 10 minutes, I noticed that cars were starting to come through the drive thru and they were getting a little busier which I understand makes things slower but this was already 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I was standing up at the counter and after 15-20 minutes of waiting I notice they had JUST started packing the sides for my orders. All this food was already cooked and just needed to be scooped into the containers. So I thought I was going to be waiting on chicken and the rest of the order would be ready but no, nothing on the order had even been started until AFTER I had gotten there and been waiting. I have never seen someone scoop mac and cheese so slow! Finally, 30 minutes later they had finished the order. At no point did they even acknowledge anything about the situation either, which isn't really necessary but kind of rubbed me the wrong way as far as customer service is concerned. Also keep in mind, I was not saying anything to them or being rude. I was simply waiting quietly and being respectful. Even when something so stupid happens, it is still no excuse for being rude to others. But dang was I frustrated for being so late and waiting so long!"
