"I am not sure if there is a new roast beef but my husband and I went to have a late supperon 2/24/24 and when we got our classic roast beef it was thick beef and not the original shaved which definitely was a different texture and wasn't as enjoyable. I was looking forward to that thinly sliced sandwich and was very disappointed."

"The food and service were great. The floor was a little greasy. When you walked in, it smelled like old grease."

"I'm not much of a complainer when it comes to getting fast food but this wasn't very good today. Gave us a drink that we didnt order, kept messing up a drink we did order. They also left out fries that we ordered, and messed up most of the fries that we got with our food, we only order a a few things with the fries and it still wasn't that great. The food was warm which was a plus. Wasnt very impressed."

"As the day wore on I needed to have lunch and Arby's presented itself as an option. We stopped and walked in as the others needed to use the restroom anyway. It was a very typical Arby's and I was able to place my order quickly. I ordered two regular roast beef sandwiches so I could have one immediately and one a little later. Service was quick and the employees were friendly. My sandwiches turned out to be excellent."

"Ordered Chicken bacon Swiss asked if it was fresh, I was told yes, it was not, if it was fresh the Swiss cheese would have melted, and the sandwich would have been hot, I also ordered curly fries and jalapeño poppers, sides were luke warm at best, for a $20.15 meal I’m disappointed. Where has the food service pride gone, much less the need for preparing food that is hot fresh and tasty! This location has disappointed me twice in two days. I prefer the Washington, IN location any day over this one! People are nice, but I’m paying for the food, bad food served with a smile still = no value!! $$$ these restaurants are charging way to much for food, portions are smaller and rarely prepared fresh! Where’s the curly fries, these are bottom of the bag what’s left in the bin, don’t wanna make more fries and curly fries, not fresh not hot and not tasty! Jalapeño poppers have been sitting for awhile in the warmer the cheese not melted, breading is not consistently covering the whole popper and they were not hot! Step up your game, and you will make more money, keep serving less than acceptable quality food and is the customer’s will put you out of business by not buying and posting our reviews."
