"Review for store 2165 Shelby St 46203, Team 41: Manager Jessica and her Team 41 are Absolutely Amazing! I placed a $110 very large order through DOORDASH and once I arrived to pickup my order on behalf of Freeman Tire and Automotive, it wasn't ready because the dash ticket was never sent to the store. Jessica helped me find my order on my Dash Account and VERIFIED that payment had been made, she also verbally discussed my order with Doordash on the phone and was able to get them to resend my ticket order. Jessica's store was absolutely slammed with business at the time but she 100% handled the situation like a Champion and not only prepared such a large order but got every single item correct! When some establishments would have been stressed, hateful, rude or simply would have just turned me away, Jessica never once treated me poorly. She was very warm, friendly, helpful and absolutely made me feel comfortable in her establishment! I am Highly Impressed with her and her crew! So, if you see this review Jessica, I appreciate you and your entire crew and on behalf of all the mechanics at Freeman Tire and Automotive that you made very happy this morning THANK YOU SO MUCH and we will see you again in the near future! YOU GUYS ROCKED IT!!!"

"When I was there and going through the drive-thru they accidentally put the wrong. cheese on my Burger so she made me another one really fast and then left me with the others cuz I said I've never had that before just to let me try it and I thought that was really nice always willing to take care of the customer"

"The night time crew girls are really nice especially for a busy location. I had a horrible night and the dark haired girl working the window was extremely nice upbeat and took time to actually be nice and interact with me. It really turned around what was a bad night into a better one."

"Come to this location a lot. After being to a few other in Indy this is one of the best. Especially after today’s visit. The young man working drive thru was the most sweetest. I ordered us 1921 slider and it took extra time of course because they make them fresh. He apologize for the wait and said I hope the week was worth it and I tell you what it absolutely was."

"Store was clean and food was prepared fresh after we ordered. The young lady managing on this Saturday p.m. was great. She was very patient and helped a "first-timer" through the menu. We ordered way more than we needed; mostly because she was great at explaining and up selling. Having never eaten at White Castle we didn't have any idea what to get. Everything she recommended was great"
