Stood at counter listening to staff playing in prep area. Watching drive through person kicking trash around on the floor. Had to ask if the store was open Before getting service. If you don't want to serve your customers just close. Don't tease us."

"Went thru drive thru and used a coupon. They didn't take the coupon off. The cashier told manager it wasn't right. He was rude and ask me for coupon and did I tell them I had one when ordering. Yes , I told him and he turns around and ask the guy who took my order and he said yes she said she had a coupon and gave information. Well he ask for coupon but I had given it already to cashier, he couldn't find it, I told him what the coupon was , he became really irate and told me to pull up. While I was talking he threw 4.00 at me and slammed the window shut. He was the manager. Will never return there and the food was even cold, but I had enought of him and threw it away. Wish I had corporates email address. Will search for it. They need to fire this manager which was no kid . Man in his 50's . Would give a big Zero !!"

"My fiance found part of a glove in her food and the general manager was rude and just tried to throw it away like it didn't happen and just wanted to give us another sandwich or only part of the money back. Reported to the health department and also the floors were so slick it's like they mopped with grease"
