Jack's Pizza

"Ordered over the phone, total was steep , so myself and employee discussed. Therefore, I requested my receipt with my order. Received order, was not as hot as it should have been. The food was not in the usual container that all other pizza's arrive in to keep warm. I looked for the receipt, none. I called to speak with manager, employee that took my order answered and indicated that she was the manager (Raneka ??). I asked for the receipt, she stated that the write up of what I ordered was in/on the box. I asked if I could get a receipt, she offered many words that didn't make sense to me, but no receipt could be generated. have never know that anything purchased could not have a receipt for that purchase. This is a manager that either didn't know or didn't want to produce a receipt. UNACCEPTABLE customer service/manager."

"There is nothing like a Jack's pizza. It is such a unique Pizza that differentiates itself from the crowd. The toppings are plentiful and fresh, and and the crust is tasty, sturdy and perfectly holds all the toppings. Also, if you pick it up make sure you are there when it comes out of the oven so you can get it home it is piping hot."

"Place an order around 4 pm and ask that it be delivered by 8:15 pm. I called the store at 8:45 and was told that the pizza was almost at my house. I then received a text saying the pizza would be here at 9:12. I called back and said this was unacceptable, manager tyrone got on the phone and said pizza had left the building. I explain I have guess and it was suppose to be here at 8:15, he said well we don't have the pizza and didn't offer any solution. I said I want a refund he stated okay and hung up on me. I called back ask for a reference number and the manager and he stated he was the store manager. He was very rude I will not be purchasing pizza from this store again."

"This location used to be one of the better ones. Don’t know where they found this Austin guy, but you can return him to Walmart. He’s obviously completely in over his head and not very nice. Both thumbs down. Bring back the old crew please! They might have been slow and understaffed before, but at least they were apologetic and the food was ALWAYS bomb! There’s plenty other pizza places around, don’t waste your time or energy to get attitude from Austin because you want to patron this place."

"Just stoped by today, picked up an ex-large sausage and mushroom pizza. The wife and I have been eating Jacks Pizza for a very long time. We just love Jacks and have been loyal customers since the early 1970’s. All their pizzas come with oregano so if you don’t go for that tell them to leave it off. There is no indoor seating, carry out only."
