"The waitresses made sit for ten minutes then she finally made her way over to us.You don't get chips and salsa while you wait you have to pay extra we have never had to pay extra for chips and salsa. We payed for are drinks and left we will never go back."

"Love this restaurant and the food, but can never get food on lunch. I have to go to lunch at 11am everyday, and although they open at 11, you can't get anyone to answer the phone to order until after 1130 as of recent, and by the time its done there's not enough time to eat. Also last time I got someone to answer, the grill was not ready and it was going to take another half an hour. If you open at 11, you should be ready to serve lunch by 11."

"I have eaten here many times through the years. The food is always hot and fresh. The family that runs this place has always been very friendly to me. Definitely the most authentic Mexican food in Kokomo. The flavor is unique to them compared to some of the other places in town. I love the quesadillas and tacos!"

"Let me help the first timers like we were tonight. When you walk in, just find a seat. There was no sign posted and it took a few seconds for the only waitress to come out of the kitchen to tell us this. Now on to the food. It was absolutely top notch! Pictured is the wet burrito I had. I will NEVER have another one at Hacienda. If you're a fan of sweat tea, this isn't the place in my opinion. The waitress was very nice and quick to get our order and bring our dinner out. Refills on drinks took sometime but not a biggie. Out of all the mexican places I've been to in town, this was by far the best!"
