"I called the store to see if they had a part in stock and an employee by the name Payton very rudely hung up on me i needed the part so i called again and got a different employee named nick and he hung up before i could even ask for the part i needed i tried to call back for a manager but i think they blocked my number i am very disappointed i hope this is dealt with"

"Had a bad experience at this location. I'm not originally from Lawrenceville, but from marshall Illinois. I've always got the most respect at the marshall location. I walked into the Lawrenceville location, and I can't remember the employees' names, but they were acting mad because I walked in at 7 when the store didn't close till 8. I don't know if a person was getting trained or what but kept sighing every second looking up the battery i needed. I'll just stick to napa and my parts store from my hometown. This location has lost my business."

"Needed a fuel filter for my truck. Unfortunately all but one of the auto parts stores in my community close by 6pm even though my community has about twice the population of Lawrenceville. Anyway, I was able to order the part that I needed online. Within a few minutes I received an email telling me that the part was ready to pickup. When I arrived at the store they were quick to acknowledge me and get the part for me. I was in and out in under five minutes. I'm very happy with the quality of service."

"I needed to exchange some parts that had a lifetime warranty. I had purchased them at other stores several years ago and there was no problem in exchanging these items other than the fact they did not have as many that I needed in stock at the moment. They were able to get it later in the day. The staff was friendly courteous and very helpful. Masks are required and they had social distancing in effect."
