"Our drinks weren't made correctly. The restaurant was dirty, tables dirty trash on the floor, bathroom was filthy, trash on floor. Toilet paper roll laying on the floor instead of on the spindle. It was about 3vin the afternoon and they were not busy. Several workers just not doing anything."
"Place is dirty. The whole time I was in there no one cleaned the tables. Restocked anything on the bar. I will NEVER be back. Instead of putting the toilet paper on the toilet paper holder it was just laying on the floor! Never been so disappointed in a place before!"
"I came thru and order a double quarter pounder with cheese. It had one pickle no ketchup no mustard no onions I ordered a large fry and my fry container was only half full and I didn’t get my sauce.and I have no clue what sauce is even on my burger it’s not ketchup it smells like bbq sauce"
"I called and the manager Taylor told me “my voice is familiar and he replaces my order all the time” “I’ve worked there before and just want free food” I’ve never in my life worked for McDonald’s and never will! He told me my food wouldn’t be replaced without taking a photo and bringing it back! I came through as a mobile order on my lunch break and went back to lunch to see my food was made incorrectly. The manager Taylor is very rude and hostile and doesn’t know how to speak to customers."
"They “Pretended” to use the coupon, why do you have them on your app if your not going to use them, then gave me the hardest brick of a biscuit. How many times did you reheat this thing? It’s only 8am so there is absolutely no way this thing is fresh. I’m not sure how you got it hard and soggy at the same dang time. If you want a good McDonalds drive to Altimont."
